Axis Group in Brussels is seeking an International Payments Agent to manage international transactions for a diverse client base, including corporations and individuals. You will process payments, monitor the payment chain, and resolve issues with a proactive, client-focused mindset.

Fluent Dutch, French and English are required, with strong analytical skills and knowledge of Correspondent Banking, SWIFT and international payment systems.

Responsabilités

• You handle the processing and follow-up of payments, files, and inquiries linked to international transactions for a diverse range of clients, including corporations, small and medium enterprises, and individual consumers;
• You oversee and monitor the payment chain to guarantee the accurate execution of international transfers;
• You analyze payment files and gather essential information to pinpoint the source of any issues that may arise;
• You collaborate effectively with various stakeholders involved in the payment process, both within the organization and externally, to address and resolve requests, including cases involving non-receipt of funds or discrepancies;
• You ensure clear communication and timely responses to all parties concerned to facilitate smooth operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
