Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Process Expert in Payments for a client-site consultancy. You will lead process improvements across international and FX payments, collaborating with CMPS stakeholders to accelerate STP, improve speed, and enhance client satisfaction.

The role requires a Master’s degree, 5+ years in international payments, strong process modelling and PM skills, plus fluency in French and English with Dutch proficiency.

Mission Overview:

The Process Expert - Payments role is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise to elevate payment operations and drive industry leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Senior Payment Expert within the Payment Excellence Lab, embedded in the Cash Management Products and Servicing (CMPS) organization.
• Address root causes of inefficiencies in international and FX payments, orchestrate seamless cross-border collaboration, and pioneer innovative solutions (process, technology, or AI-driven) to set new standards in speed, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
• Play a central role in the Payment Excellence Cash Management trajectory, collaborating with stakeholders to streamline payment flows from pre-validation to post-processing.
• Ensure on-time, in-scope delivery, eliminate friction, embed operational excellence, and potentially integrate AI to make every stage of the payment lifecycle faster, more transparent, and straight-through processed (STP).

Language Requirements:

• French: Mandatory, strong written and spoken communication skills.
• English: Mandatory, strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Education:

• Master's degree or equivalent experience.

Certification:

• Mandatory: Proven track record in international payments (minimum 5 years), business and process analysis, and change management.

Travel:

• Occasional travel to Paris.

Telework:

• Expectation: 50% on site and 50% homeworking.

Required Experience / Knowledge:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.

Technical Experience:

• Mandatory: Experience with process modelling tools and creation of flow charts, expertise in MS Office/data analytics, good understanding of IT architecture, knowledge of project management principles.
• Preferable: AI experience in the domain of international payment end-to-end flow, knowledge of relevant organizational cultures.

Business Experience:

• Mandatory: Good understanding of workflow processes, experience with project management, knowledge of methods and techniques of process improvement, in-depth knowledge of international payment flows from initiator to final beneficiary.
• Preferable: Experience in cooperating with front-to-back teams and IT/AI teams.
