Avisbudget Belgium is recruiting an Operations Support Manager for BeLux to drive operational excellence across our BeLux stations. You will oversee performance tracking, project deployments, station audits and technical support for payment terminals and internal systems.

With 2+ years hands-on experience and strong communication skills, you will engage with Station Managers and key stakeholders to design effective action plans and raise service standards.

Responsabilités

• Track weekly station performance across key metrics including WaND/Esig, Kiosk, MDMS, and Care-items.
• Coordinate deployment of operational projects and improve rollout (e.g., new uniforms).
• Plan and conduct regular station audits.
• Foster an operational excellence mindset among Station Managers.
• Handle customer complaints and design corrective action with Station Managers.
• Serve as primary contact for stations with payment terminals or internal systems issues.

What You'll Be Doing

• Performance Tracking: creating a weekly overview of station performance across all relevant key metrics, including the utilization of WaND/Esig, Kiosk, MDMS, and Care-items (NPS, Google reviews).
• Project Deployment: ensuring an improved and smoother rollout of operational projects initiated by the Group (e.g., the implementation of new uniforms).
• Station Audits: planning and organizing regular operational audits within the rental locations.
• Operational Excellence: fostering and developing an operational excellence mindset among the Station Managers.
• Complaint Management: following up on customer complaints and collaborating with Station Managers to design and implement effective action plans.
• Technical Support: serving as the primary point of contact for stations experiencing technical issues with payment terminals or internal systems (such as MDMS, WaND and Wizard).
