Avis Budget Group in Belgium is seeking an Operations Support Manager for BeLux to drive performance across rental stations and support BeLux operations. You will monitor weekly metrics and coordinate improvements with station teams.

You will lead project deployments, conduct regular station audits, and promote an operational excellence mindset among Station Managers while handling customer complaints and serving as the primary technical liaison for terminals and internal systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in operations or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in core operational tasks and stakeholders engagement.
• Excellent communication skills: able to engage with business stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Performance Tracking: create a weekly overview of station performance and key metrics (WaND/Esig, Kiosk, MDMS, Care-items, NPS, reviews).
• Project Deployment: ensure smooth rollout of operational group projects (e.g., uniforms).
• Station Audits: plan and organize regular operational audits at rental locations.
• Operational Excellence: foster an operational excellence mindset among Station Managers.
• Complaint Management: follow up on customer complaints and design effective action plans with Station Managers.
• Technical Support: act as the primary contact for stations with issues on payment terminals or internal systems (MDMS, WaND, Wizard).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Performance Tracking: creating a weekly overview of station performance across all relevant key metrics, including the utilization of WaND/Esig, Kiosk, MDMS, and Care-items (NPS, Google reviews).
• Project Deployment: ensuring an improved and smoother rollout of operational projects initiated by the Group (e.g., the implementation of new uniforms, where we failed).
• Station Audits: planning and organizing regular operational audits within the rental locations.
• Operational Excellence: fostering and developing an operational excellence mindset among the Station Managers.
• Complaint Management: following up on customer complaints and collaborating with Station Managers to design and implement effective action plans.
• Technical Support: serving as the primary point of contact for stations experiencing technical issues with payment terminals or internal systems (such as MDMS, WaND and Wizard).
