Job summary

PwC Belgium is seeking a Field Engineer to provide on-site IT support across Brussels, Ghent and Antwerp, ensuring high-quality end-user experiences. You will troubleshoot hardware, software and workplace incidents, install and onboard devices, and support AV systems and meeting rooms.

You bring a degree in IT or equivalent hands-on field experience, with strong customer focus, teamwork and organizational skills. English fluency is required; Dutch or French knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-of-house and walk-in support, delivering immediate, high-quality issue resolution.
• Perform desk-side troubleshooting for hardware, software and workplace incidents requiring physical presence.
• Execute install, onboarding and move activities, ensuring devices and workplaces are set up smoothly.
• Support meeting rooms and AV systems, proactively ensuring readiness for critical meetings.
• Manage device lifecycle and workplace setups, including new joiners, movers and replacements.
• Coordinate asset and peripheral logistics, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver onsite support for remote offices (Ghent and Antwerp), ensuring consistent service levels.
• Contribute to projects, rollouts and workplace transformations, bringing a hands-on and solution-oriented mindset.
• Act as a key link between end users and central IT teams, translating needs into effective solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and user experience, driving continuous enhancement.
