ITproposal in Belgium is seeking an IT Support Technician (On-Call) to join our team on an on-call basis. Based in Belgium, you will provide essential on-site technical support for our clients and respond to incidents as they arise.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, and ensure high-quality end-user support while meeting SLA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide onsite IT support and break/fix services
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
• Install, configure, and replace desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Support end-user devices and operating systems
• Escalate complex technical issues when required
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting SLA requirements
