ITproposal is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician based in Belgium to join the team on an on-call basis. You will provide onsite support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and ensure devices and networks run smoothly.

Responsibilities include installing and configuring desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, supporting end-user devices and operating systems, escalating complex issues, and delivering excellent service while meeting SLA requirements. Belgian-based candidates only.

Qualifications

• Experience in onsite IT support or desktop support.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in Belgium.
• Availability for on-call assignments.

Responsabilités

• Provide onsite IT support and break/fix services
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
• Install, configure, and replace desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Support end-user devices and operating systems
• Escalate complex technical issues when required
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting SLA requirements
