Job summary

The Mocktail Club is seeking an Account Manager On-Trade to grow our brand in East & West-Flanders. You’ll introduce our mocktails to hospitality partners who value quality, flavour and experience, open new doors and strengthen partnerships while keeping the brand visible on menus.

You’ll work with marketing, operations and sales to drive regional growth, enjoy trust and ownership, and guide your own agenda in a fast-growing scale-up with a flexible, performance-based compensation plan.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or account management in the on-trade/hospitality sector.
• Fluent in Dutch and French.
• Driven, organised and proactive.
• Strong relationship builder with solid commercial insight.
• Willing to travel on the road ~5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Further develop the on-trade channel in East & West Flanders by acquiring new customers and increasing rotation with existing accounts.
• Build a strong personal network within the hospitality industry, guiding clients in menu integration and brand positioning.
• Identify growth opportunities with customers and translate them into increased visibility at venues and menus.
• Combine field sales, business development and account management in one role to drive impact.
• Manage orders, activations and partnerships from A to Z; grow distribution via beer wholesalers and beverage distributors.
• Collaborate with marketing on events, tastings and partnerships; analyze results and adjust strategies as needed.
