Alcobrands, Inc. seeks an entrepreneurial field sales professional in Flanders to represent our batched cocktails in bars, restaurants, and hotels. You will own the full commercial journey from first contact to growing partnerships and will map your region to proactively introduce our concept.

You will close deals, inspire entrepreneurs with tastings, and secure permanent placements on menus while managing your own schedule and aiming for ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales, ideally within FMCG or hospitality.
• Strong closer with resilience when facing objections.
• Affinity with cocktails/spirits and ability to inspire entrepreneurs.
• Fluent Dutch communication is essential.

Responsabilités

• Own the regional commercial journey from first contact to launching and growing partnerships.
• Map the Flemish region and proactively approach bars, restaurants and hotels to introduce our batched cocktails concept.
• Win over hospitality entrepreneurs with live tastings and demonstrate easy, high-visibility serving concepts.
• Work independently toward ambitious sales targets and shape your own path to success.
