Job summary

ATG Europe, working for the European Space Agency in Redu, Belgium, seeks a Lead IT Technician for full on-site IT support. The role involves resolving issues on Windows and Mac devices, managing Office 365, and assisting users with corporate applications.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IT support, is fluent in English and has or can obtain EU work eligibility. A driver’s license is required, and on-site presence is expected five days a week.

Qualifications

• Vocational IT training or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is a strong asset
• 7+ years of relevant work experience in IT support
• Mac OS experience is required
• English fluency, both written and spoken; French knowledge is a plus
• Willingness to be on-site 5 days a week and to work outside regular hours
• Driver’s license and EU work eligibility are required

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support on-site or remotely
• Support Windows and Mac OS client devices
• Support Office 365 and corporate applications
• Maintain network access, printing, and device provisioning
• Log and categorize user requests and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain knowledge base and procedures
• Advise users on the use of corporate services and applications
