Job summary

ATG Europe seeks a Lead IT Technician for the European Space Agency project at Redu, Belgium. The role requires on-site support within the IT Department, covering Windows and Mac devices, Office 365, networking, and general user support.

Ideal candidates will have a IT-focused education, 7+ years in IT support, MAC experience, and strong English skills; French knowledge is a plus. EU work eligibility and a valid driver’s license are required, with on-site presence 5 days a week.

Qualifications

• Vocational training or higher in IT or related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent strongly asset.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience in IT support.
• Mac experience and Windows OS familiarity essential.
• Proactive, customer-focused, and able to work in international environments.
• EU work eligibility and valid driver’s license required.
• Fluent English with working knowledge of French.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level on-site and remote resolution of IT issues.
• Support Windows and Mac client devices, Office 365, network and printing.
• Assist and advise users on corporate applications and services.
• Log and track requests, follow up to ensure timely delivery and deployment of workstations.
• Maintain and update knowledge base, procedures, and instructions.
