Netcompany SEE & BELUX in Brussels is seeking a Team Leader for IT Support to guide an on-site team of 30+ staff and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will coordinate shifts, drive improvement initiatives, monitor SLAs, manage escalation, and act as final escalation for complex user issues, promoting learning and service excellence across EU projects.

This fully onsite role offers a dynamic environment with modern tools and opportunities to influence IT services for European institutions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years of team-leading experience or Master’s degree with 5 years of team-leading experience.
• Experience coordinating Proximity Support teams (on-site IT support).
• Ability to interact professionally with end-users, senior management, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with a track record of guiding teams through daily operational activities.
• Experience/knowledge of ITIL practices, preferably with ITILv4 certification.
• Bilingual Proficiency in both French and English.
• Prior experience in EU Institutions environment is considered a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead proximity IT support teams (30+ members) and foster a high-performing environment.
• Manage daily team operations: shift planning, task definition, and resource usage planning.
• Conduct service reviews, quality control, and risk analysis to meet or exceed SLAs.
• Oversee call handling, escalation procedures, and problem reporting.
• Track activities and provide regular status reports to management.
• Manage change control related to physical IT assets and support methodologies.
• Coordinate small to medium-scale improvement/deployment initiatives for end-user infrastructure.
• Act as final escalation point for complex user issues, leveraging hands-on experience.
