Job summary

ITProposal is seeking an experienced Backfill engineer for dispatch to support (FTE) based in Belgium to deliver hands-on IT support on site, perform break/fix services, and keep user devices functioning smoothly.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, and escalate complex problems when needed while maintaining strong customer service and adherence to SLA requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in onsite IT support or desktop support.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in Belgium and available for on-call assignments.

Responsibilities
