Job summary

Latroupe is seeking a proactive night receptionist for its Ixelles hotels, Le Berger & Jardin Secret, to ensure smooth overnight guest care. You’ll be part of an international team and manage arrivals, check-ins, and guest queries in French and English.

The role requires night shifts, weekend work, and strong organizational skills to handle reservations, payments, and closing procedures while maintaining a high standard of guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel reception experience, ideally on night shifts.
• A good command of French and English.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work nights, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest arrivals, departures and requests.
• Handle reservations, enquiries and payments.
• Complete overnight checks and closing procedures.
• Monitor entrances and common areas and prepare the morning handover.
