Job summary

Requirements include fluency in English and French (Dutch a plus), experience with Opera Cloud, Micros, and MS Office, and a customer-focused, calm demeanor. The position is a fixed-term contract with two nights per week.

Qualifications

• Front desk night shift experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems.
• Knowledge of hotel systems (Opera/Opera Cloud, Micros, MS Office) required.
• Neat, professional appearance and good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and checking in/out guests.
• Process walk-in and telephone/email reservations.
• Resolve problems and handle complaints.
• Answer the phone and manage inquiries.
• Close the day in the system and handle administration.
• Ensure guest safety and perform night duty rounds.
• Conduct the night audit run and generate night reports.
• Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports.
• Balance cash drawers and assist with room service.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and surrounding areas.
