Overview

Contract: Fixed-term contract (3 months, renewable). Schedule: 2 nights per week. Status: Flexi-job strongly preferred.

As a Night Auditor, you are responsible for the front desk during the night and ensure both service quality and the safety of the property.

Duties and responsibilities

• Welcoming and checking in and out of guests
• Taking and processing walk-in reservations and reservations via telephone and e-mail
• Solving problems and complaints
• Answering the phone
• Closing the day in the system and the associated administration
• Ensuring the safety of all guests
• Doing duty rounds
• Conducting the night audit run
• Generating the night reports
• Reconciling accounts
• Preparing financial reports
• Balancing cash drawers
• Serving guests who order room service
• Cleanliness of the lobby and surrounding areas
