VELUX Belgium is hiring a Customer Service Advisor. You will be one of the main contacts for customers, dealers, installers and end users, helping with questions about products, services and orders. You will guide customers to the right solution and work closely with After Sales Service for more technical queries.

You will join an international market leader and receive thorough training, with opportunities to grow, develop expertise, and build a strong internal network across teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Strong listening and the ability to ask the right questions.
• Clear, friendly, professional communication.

Responsabilités

• Support customers, dealers, installers and end users by phone and email.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable VELUX solution.
• Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, orders and conditions.
• Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Follow up on requests and coordinate with other departments when needed.
• Identify commercial opportunities and respond accordingly.
• Navigate multiple systems and information tools to give fast, precise answers.
• Contribute to an excellent customer experience from first contact.
