Axis Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers in Walloon Brabant. You will provide customer-focused solutions, maintain professional relationships, and collaborate with the sales team.

Qualifications

• Must be enthusiastic and client-focused with strong listening skills.
• Fluent in French and Dutch, both spoken and written; able to communicate professionally.
• Ability to manage calendars, appointments, and admin tasks with accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, app, or in person; provide solutions or refer to colleagues as needed.
• Support account managers and district manager with client information and business needs identified in conversations.
• Welcome clients at events or visits with a warm, professional demeanor and ensure smooth collaboration with the sales team.
• Schedule appointments for existing and potential clients and assist the sales team with data in systems.
• Handle logistics for events and provide administrative support to the sales team; complete tasks on time with excellent service.
