VELUX Belgium is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be a key contact for customers, dealers, installers and end users by phone and email. You will understand needs, guide choices and provide accurate information on products, services and orders, while building strong internal relationships.

You will be trained to develop product knowledge, work cross-functionally, and contribute to an excellent customer experience from the first contact.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Strong listening skills with ability to ask the right questions.
• Friendly, professional and confident communication.
• Accurate data handling and attention to detail.
• Comfort with using different systems and digital tools.
• Adaptable to new initiatives and changing priorities.
• Open to feedback and eager to learn.
• Commercial mindset to identify opportunities during conversations.

• Support customers, dealers, installers and end users by phone and email.

• Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, orders and conditions.
