Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced MSAT Sr. Manager for Plant 4 at Geel to drive technical excellence, portfolio performance, and lifecycle management from launches to delistings.

The role leads a Geel-based MSAT team and collaborates closely with global owners, QA, and production to optimize synthesis and enable digital tools. Based at the Geel site, you will guide process transfers, cost improvements, and data analytics initiatives while ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in chemical engineering or process technology.
• Strong API manufacturing background with data analytics interest.
• Ability to lead and influence teams and stakeholders.
• Autonomous decision making with strong communication.
• Experience in process excellence and lean concepts.
• Fluent English and Dutch or willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Lead Geel-based process engineers representing MSAT for Plant 4.
• Be single point of contact for all MSAT activities in Plant 4.
• Provide resources and technical leadership for MSAT deliverables.
• Support regulatory audits and inspections with Quality.
• Partner with production on project oversight and investigations.
• Monitor CPV-driven process and product performance.
• Collaborate with global MSAT leads to share best practices.
• Translate platform strategy into site team objectives and drive digital initiatives.
