Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Geel, Belgium seeks a Project Leader to drive API process equipment programs from inception to completion. You will align sponsors, define scope, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver ambitious objectives.

Our Geel site is a major API production hub; this role focuses on growth, reliability, and continuous improvement, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 9+ years leading complex capital projects in chemical and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Science.
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Provides project and program leadership for API process equipment from inception to completion.
• Aligns sponsor and core/extended teams to deliver project objectives.
• Prepares project intake with scoping, business case analysis and options.
• Facilitates planning, tracking and reporting of key deliverables.
• Oversees project finances and budget allocation during implementation.
• Applies risk management to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Leads project close-out activities including handover and lessons learned.
• Maintains awareness of external environment to add value.
