Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an experienced MSAT Sr. Manager for Plant 4 at the Geel site.

The role drives technical excellence, portfolio performance and life cycle management strategies for APIs and related products. You will lead a Geel-based MSAT team, own MSAT activities in Plant 4, and partner with global tech and production to deliver process improvements, regulatory readiness, and digitalization initiatives.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or PhD in chemical engineering or related field.
Solid API manufacturing knowledge with interest in data analytics.
Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively.
Autonomous decision-making with a results-driven mindset.
Strong analytical skills and cost-improvement focus.
Experience in process excellence and lean concepts.
English proficiency with Dutch willingness to develop.

Responsibilities

Lead a Geel-based MSAT team to represent MSAT and portfolio in Plant 4.
Act as single point of contact for all MSAT activities in Plant 4.
Provide resources and leadership for process improvements and site transfers.
Deliver technical support for regulatory audits and inspections.
Collaborate with production on project oversight and day-to-day support.
Monitor CPV-based process and product performance.
Work with other MSAT leads to optimize performance and share knowledge.
Translate MSAT strategy into site team goals.
Define and design innovative solutions with global tech and data teams.
Lead data analytics, digitalization, reporting tools, and digital twins initiatives.
Create a dynamic, cross-functional team with flexibility at Geel.
