Johnson & Johnson, Geel site, seeks a Plant Engineer to ensure operational excellence for Mobile Equipment Cleaning. You will support daily production, improve processes and drive compliance in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
The role requires strong technical and project leadership, collaboration with QA, MSAT, Engineering and Maintenance, and hands-on problem solving in Dutch and English.
Formación
- Bachelor- or masterdiploma in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in pharmaceutical/regulated manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of GMP guidelines and regulatory compliance is a plus.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects is valuable.
Responsabilidades
- Drive operational excellence within Mobile Equipment Cleaning.
- Lead investigations into deviations and recurring issues.
- Ensure GMP-compliant audits and continuous improvement.
- Act as SME for processes, systems and equipment.
- Lead projects on process optimization, capacity, reliability and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate technical activities including shutdowns, start-ups and maintenance.
- Collaborate with Operations, QA, MSAT, Engineering and Safety.
- Develop and optimize procedures, work instructions, and standards.
