Hotel Amigo, a Rocco Forte Hotel in Brussels, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue across government and association accounts, while expanding new business for rooms and conference sales. The role requires building strong client relationships and aligning with the hotel’s commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities include prospecting, RFPs, site inspections, and collaboration with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality sales.
• Fluent in English and French, with strong written and spoken communication.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain key account relationships.

Responsabilités

• Mainly in charge of government and associations accounts.
• Generates new business for room and conference sales while maintaining key relationships.
• Develops lead sources through prospecting and calls.
• Conducts daily sales calls and site inspections with prospects and clients.
• Prepares contracts and implements annual action plans.
• Collaborates with hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
