Job summary

Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the commercial strategy and drive growth among international and local clients. You will hunt for new business, shape partnerships, manage RFPs, and grow Meetings & Events, using CRM data to build a robust pipeline.

You will collaborate with the General Manager and operations to ensure client experiences match our commercial promises.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading sales teams and driving revenue growth.
• Strong ability to prospect, negotiate and close high-value deals.
• Experience with RFP processes and global hotel networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of business developers with a hunting mindset.
• Prospect, negotiate and secure local and international accounts.
• Manage the full RFP process and leverage IHG's global sales network.
• Grow Meetings & Events business by increasing conversion and developing client relationships.
• Use CRM and performance data to build a strong commercial pipeline and deliver measurable results.
• Collaborate with marketing to fuel lead generation and reinforce brand identity.
• Work closely with the General Manager and operations to ensure client experiences match our commercial promises.
