Hospitality Talents - Recruitment Agency is assisting a luxury lifestyle hotel in Antwerp to recruit a Front Office Manager. The successful candidate will lead the Front Office team, oversee daily operations at the reception, and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We seek a hands-on leader with proven Front Office experience, fluent in Dutch, French and English, and capable of optimizing processes while ensuring outstanding service in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Proven Front Office experience in hospitality.
• Experience as Front Office Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• Opera PMS proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Team Leadership: Daily supervision, coaching, and motivation of the Front Office team.
• Operational Excellence: Support reception during peak times and ensure smooth check-in/check-out.
• Guest Experience: Monitor guest satisfaction, handle feedback and resolve complaints.
• Collaboration: Liaise with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for seamless operations.
• Administrative Oversight: Manage reservations, billing, and cash handling with precision.
• Process Optimization: Improve Front Office workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Training & Development: Onboard and mentor new and existing staff.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Representation: Maintain a professional and welcoming reception environment.
