To strengthen theirFront Office team, they are seeking a passionate and driven Front OfficeManager who will take responsibility for the daily operations of thereception and contribute to the growth of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Dailysupervision, coaching, and motivation of the Front Office team.
- Operational Excellence: Actively work atthe reception, supporting the team during peak times, and ensuring smoothcheck-in/check-out processes.
- Guest Experience: Monitor andenhance guest satisfaction, handle feedback, and resolve complaintsprofessionally.
- Collaboration: Liaise withHousekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamlessoperations.
- Administrative Oversight: Managereservations, billing, payments, and cash handling with precision.
- Process Optimization: Improve FrontOffice procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Training & Development: Onboard andmentor new and existing staff.
- Performance Tracking: Monitoroperational KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Representation: Maintain a professional and welcomingreception environment.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven trackrecord in Front Office within the hospitality sector, preferably as a FrontOffice Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor.
- Leadership: Strong peoplemanagement skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop teammembers.
- Hands-On Mentality: Combinesleadership with a willingness to support operations during busy periods.
- Guest-Focused: Professional,representative, and service-oriented approach.
- Organizational Skills: Ability toprioritize tasks and maintain overview during high-pressure situations.
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Flexibility: Adaptable to theoperational realities of a hotel environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in OperaPMS is a significant advantage.
