Hospitality Talents is recruiting a Front Office Manager for a lifestyle hotel in Antwerp, part of an international hotel group. You will lead the daily Front Office operations, supervise the team during peak times, and ensure exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out, while working closely with other departments.

Fluent in Dutch and English, with a proven Front Office track record and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

Proven track record in Front Office within the hospitality sector.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Experience leading a Front Office team or supervisory role.
Proficiency with OperaPMS is a plus.
Strong organizational and guest-service mindset.

Responsabilités

Lead and coach the Front Office team daily.
Support reception during peak times and ensure smooth check-in/check-out.
Monitor guest satisfaction and professionally resolve complaints.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Oversee reservations, billing, payments and cash handling with accuracy.
Improve Front Office procedures and workflows for greater efficiency.
Onboard and mentor new and existing staff.
Track operational KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain a professional and welcoming reception environment.
