Job summary

HR-Technologies is seeking a customer service professional to act as the central link between customers and internal teams for the European market, coordinating transport orders and solving problems creatively.

The role requires several years in customer service or logistics, fluency in Dutch and English, good French knowledge, and a Bachelor degree or equivalent. Alternating 8am–6pm schedule, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience within customer service and/or the logistics sector.
• Fluently Dutch, English and solid knowledge of French.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily smooth processing of transport orders.
• Report problems, delays, etc., on time to our customers.
• Collaborate with customers to solve problems creatively and efficiently.
• Look for opportunities to reduce or recover extra costs.
• Work closely with colleagues and departments to achieve goals.
