You will report problems and delays promptly, work with customers to solve issues creatively, and actively seek opportunities to reduce costs, while collaborating across departments to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in customer service and/or logistics.
• Fluent Dutch and English; solid knowledge of French.
• Communicatively strong and assertive, aiming for win‑win solutions.

• Ensure daily smooth processing of transport orders.
• Report problems and delays on time to customers.
