Job summary

100Hires, Inc. in Lisbon is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support specialists to assist small and medium-sized business customers with online services and digital advertising tools.

You will handle phone, email and chat inquiries, help with account setup and product usage, resolve basic technical issues, and contribute to a positive customer experience in an international, multicultural environment. Rotation shifts include evenings and weekends; onsite availability is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Good English for internal communication.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage customer enquiries effectively.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are welcome.

Responsibilities
