Job summary

100Hires, Inc. in Lisbon is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support to assist small and medium-sized business customers with online services and digital advertising tools.

You will support customers via phone, email and chat, assist with account setup, product usage and general inquiries, and help resolve basic technical issues while guiding clients in using online tools effectively. Agency experience is not required; rotation shifts including evenings and weekends are available.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is required.
• Strong English for internal communication is required.

• Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle inquiries independently.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Available to work onsite in Lisbon.
