Formación

Ready for a new professional experience in Lisbon?

We are looking for Dutch speakers to join an international Customer Support team working with online services and digital solutions.

You don’t need a background in digital marketing. If you are comfortable with technology, enjoy communicating with people and would like to develop your experience in an international environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Your Role

You will support small and medium-sized business customers using online services and digital advertising tools.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Supporting customers via phone, email and chat
• Assisting with account setup, product usage and general enquiries
• Helping customers resolve basic technical and account-related issues
• Guiding clients in using online tools and services effectively
• Identifying recurring issues and providing appropriate solutions
• Sharing customer feedback and insights with the relevant teams
• Providing a professional and positive customer experience

Your Profile

• Fluent Dutch, both spoken and written
• Good English for internal communication
• Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage customer enquiries effectively
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are also welcome
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Availability to work onsite in Lisbon
