No marketing background required; a high school diploma and strong communication skills are enough to start. The role offers full-time hours, rotating shifts including evenings and weekends, onsite in Lisbon, with initial training

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch, written and spoken.
• Good English for internal communication.
• Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms.

• Ability to work independently and manage customer enquiries.
• Entry-level candidates welcome with motivation.

Responsibilities
