FH Collective - Academy in Lisbon is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO. You’ll assist Dutch-speaking customers by phone, email, or chat, delivering friendly, practical help as part of a global team.

The role is based in Lisbon with on-site and remote options within Portugal. We offer a relocation package, flight ticket, shared accommodation if needed, and health insurance from day one, plus monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.

Responsabilités

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email or chat.
• Provide genuine, helpful support to solve day-to-day questions as part of an international team.
