FH Collective - Academy is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO in Lisbon. You will assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email or chat from Lisbon, with relocation and accommodation options provided.

The role offers an on-site presence with remote options within Portugal and a relocation package to help you settle in the Portuguese sun. Expect competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate.
• Enjoy talking to people and helping customers.

Responsabilités

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide genuine, helpful support to solve day-to-day questions as part of an international team.
