Job summary

BioLegend, Inc. is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to drive growth across Benelux, Denmark, Norway, and Iceland. The role combines technical sales with hands-on product knowledge of automated liquid handling and microfluidics solutions.

You will bridge lab workflows and commercial execution, traveling up to 50% within Europe, and collaborating with FAS, service teams, and product management to deliver tailored automation solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Proven hands-on experience with automated liquid handling or lab automation.
• Strong commercial mindset with sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans to achieve sales targets across Benelux, DK, NO, IS.
• Conduct technical presentations and on-site visits to translate lab needs into solutions.
• Maintain pipeline and revenue forecasting in SFDC to enable data-driven decisions.
• Build relationships with KOLs, PI's, lab managers, and procurement teams.
