Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment at customer sites across the Benelux region. The role reports to the Service Team Leader and is part of the NEE Service Team based in Belgium, with remote work to cover the Benelux region.

Ideal candidates will have a technical degree, fluency in English, Dutch and French, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, Dutch, and French; excellent communicator with customers and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or vocational training in Mechanical or Electronic direction.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Visiting customers for installations, preventive maintenance, repairs, fault analysis, and upgrades.
• Support team goals: Customer Satisfaction, Return Call Rate, Preventive Maintenance Planning & Utilization.
• Provide input to improve product reliability and feedback to business units and field services.
• Cooperate with Technical Assistance Centre to ensure smooth processes and information flow.
• Communicate with Sales teams for opportunities and escalations.
