Leica Biosystems is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment on-site across the Benelux region. You will report to the Service Team Leader as part of the NEE Service Team located in Belgium, with remote work availability for eligible roles.

The role requires a technically educated background, fluent English and Dutch and French, and a valid driving license. Travel and lifting up to 25 kg are expected, with collaboration across TAC, sales, and field

Qualifications

• Technically educated with a degree in Mechanical or Electronic engineering.
• Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
• Excellent communicator with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Visiting customers for installations, preventive maintenance, repairs, fault analysis, and upgrades.
• Contributing to the team goals of Customer Satisfaction, Return Call Rate, Preventive Maintenance Planning & Utilization.
• Providing input to improve product reliability and feedback to the business units and field services.
• Cooperate with the Technical Assistance Centre Support Team to ensure smooth and fast processes and information flow.
• Working closely with our Sales teams by ensuring good communication for opportunities & escalations.
