You will have a key role in our company as you will be in direct relation with our customers helping them to enjoy a perfect ride with Chift. We are looking for someone who is willing to take on responsibilities with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving end-user problems.
At Chift, you work both with the connector team (back-end) and our customer success team.
In your daily work, you will be mostly in contact with our clients’ technical team.
Here is an overview (not exhaustive) of your responsibilities:
- Support of our customers (1st-line) & 2nd line support for end-users
- Handle tickets related to issue with our applications: sync issues, api issues, …
- Troubleshooting
- Improve our processes & procedures related to support
- Documentation of problems & solutions, helping to build the perfect self-service portal for customers
- Support from experienced team members including founders.
- Opportunity to grow with the company and explore other roles.
- Experience in a young, rapidly growing tech startup and a great atmosphere.
- Flexible work schedule and a mix of office/remote work.
- Attractive package (salary, meal vouchers, eco-vouchers, mobility budget, flexible vacation days , etc.).
- Possibility of accessing equity in the next funding round.
- A good atmosphere in a startup means: afterworks, teambuildings, and activities to celebrate each important milestone together.
- 2y of engineering or technical support experience
- Developing skills: knowledge of Python and APIs is wanted
- Comfortable using tooling like Postman to reproduce issues our customers face
- Bonus: we are working with Pylon internally. If you are already familiar with this tool, it is a huge advantage. If not, that is normal.
- Love working with customers and have good communication skills
- Thirst for knowledge; you love challenges and are eager to learn new things. Moreover, you want to understand the different technologies used to have a good overall view of the solution.
- Startup enthusiast: the environment is more rock and roll than a corporate job. You need to be open-minded, resourceful, curious, and enjoy collaboration. A first startup experience is a plus, but not a must
- Having an ownership and "doer" spirit: the small size of the team will allow you to take the lead on different subjects
- Language: French or Dutch native with a good English proficiency. Speaking Spanish is the cherry on the cake.
