This role involves troubleshooting issues related to APIs and applications, improving support processes, and documenting solutions to build a customer self-service portal.

The ideal candidate has over 2 years of relevant experience, knowledge of Python and APIs, and strong communication skills. The position offers a flexible work schedule and an attractive compensation package.

• Familiarity with the internal tool Pylon is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer interaction.
• Driven to learn, embrace challenges, and understand diverse technologies.
• Startup mindset: open‑minded, resourceful, curious, collaborative; prior startup experience is a plus.
• Ownership and proactive spirit, able to lead on subjects in a small team.
• Languages: French or Dutch native speaker, good English proficiency; Spanish a plus.
