Sopra Steria is seeking an IT Support Engineer in Belgium to provide day-to-day technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues both remotely and on-site. You will diagnose problems, implement fixes and manage user accounts to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates have IT support training or related experience, basic understanding of Windows/macOS, Office 365, Intune, networking, and strong communication skills in English, Dutch and French.

Qualifications

• Training in IT support or proven experience in a similar role.
• Basic hardware, OS, software, and networking knowledge.
• Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical users clearly.
• Experience with service desk and remote tools is a plus.
• Certifications (optional): CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals, CCNA are beneficial.
• English, Dutch and French are required.
