Infosys Limited is seeking a motivated IT L1 Support Technician for our Mechelen/Vilvoorde, Belgium location. You will be the first point of contact for users, triaging, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, while escalating complex problems to higher-level teams as needed.

The role requires 2+ years of onsite enterprise support, strong Windows 11 and Mac knowledge, and the ability to travel to shop locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of on-site enterprise support experience.
• First point of contact for IT requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Respond to service desk requests promptly and meet SLAs.
• Log, categorize, and prioritize support requests; perform password resets.
• Basic knowledge in SCCM, Intune and JamfPro for managing devices.
• Hands-on support for Laptop/Desktop, Printer, networking and OS installation.

Responsabilités

• Triage, diagnose and resolve basic to moderately complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Escalate more complex problems to higher-level support as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Travel independently to various shop locations by car when required.
