Our client is seeking an IT Support professional to join its Belgian team. You will communicate with external suppliers and visit operational sites to identify and understand technical issues.

You will provide user support for applications and analyze requests to propose effective solutions. You will test new features and contribute to system and digital application improvement projects, and help document IT procedures and usage guidelines as a key user.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT support and liaising with suppliers.
• Ability to visit operational sites to diagnose issues.
• Proficiency in analyzing requests and proposing solutions.
• Experience with Excel and Power BI for reporting.

Responsabilités

• You communicate with external suppliers.
• You visit operational sites to identify and understand technical issues.
• You provide user support for the department's applications and analyze requests to propose effective solutions.

• As a key user, you help document IT procedures and usage guidelines.
• You analyze data and prepare reports in Excel and Power BI.
• Internally, you collaborate closely with the IT department and application users, reporting to the System Development Operations Manager
