Sopra Steria is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance for hardware, software and network issues, both remotely and on-site. You will diagnose problems, implement solutions and maintain systems to ensure smooth IT operations.

Responsibilities include managing user accounts and delivering end-user support to minimize downtime, with dayshifts and potential night/weekend hours. The role emphasizes teamwork and clear communication in a global consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Training in IT support or proven experience in a similar role.
• Experience in first-line IT support and user assistance.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, operating systems, software, and networking.
• Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Experience with service desk tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Certifications (optional) beneficial: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals, CCNA.
• Working hours include dayshifts, nights, and weekends.
• English, Dutch and French are required.

Responsabilités
