The Engage Partnership Limited is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on desktop, laptop, and mobile device support across the Flemish region in Belgium. The role requires travel to Belgian sites and offers a monthly salary of €3,800–€4,500 plus benefits.

You will troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux, support the Office365 suite, perform basic networking tasks, and deploy new hardware while adhering to security policies. 2+ years in IT support or service desk is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT support experience.
• Experience working in a help desk or service desk environment.
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Office365 package experience.

Responsabilités

A hands‑on position supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, hardware, networking and end users across the Belgian operation. Suitable for candidates from IT Support, Service Desk, Desktop Support or Infrastructure Support backgrounds.
