Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience in a corporate or multinational setting.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong HR administration and payroll support knowledge.
• Solid understanding of Belgian/Benelux employment law and sickness management.

Responsibilities

• Payroll administration for Belgium, The Netherlands, and Luxembourg in collaboration with external providers.
• Provide HR information and reporting to management with key HR metrics.
• Prepare employment contracts and onboarding/offboarding documentation across platforms.
• Track contract lifecycles and ensure timely extensions, terminations, and changes.
• Manage employee benefits, sickness absence policies, and reintegration planning.
• Support employee and manager inquiries with day-to-day HR guidance and advice.
• Monitor compliance with labor laws and regional HR obligations across Benelux.
• Assist HR Director with daily operations and regional HR projects as needed.
