Job summary

LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics seeks a Junior HR Business Partner Benelux to support the Benelux region and report to the HR Director. The role includes payroll administration, HR reporting, contract lifecycle management, benefits, absence management and daily employee relations across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

The ideal candidate has a degree in HR, a minimum of 5 years HR experience, and is fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Min 5 years of relevant HR & Administrator experience.
• Fluent in Dutch, French & English (both written and verbal).
• Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
• Practical knowledge of employment legislation and sickness management.
• Excellent MS-Office skills, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Payroll administration for Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg with external providers.
• Provide HR information and reporting to management and monitor HR metrics.
• Prepare employment contracts and new hire/leaver documentation; onboarding to offboarding.
