Zoé Drocourt GmbH is seeking a Regional HRBP based in Brussels to drive HR strategy and operations across the Benelux markets. You will report to the Regional HRD and manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, L&D, employee relations, HR admin, CSR, and safety.

The role requires a university degree in HR, Belgium HRBP experience, fluent Dutch and English, and strong interpersonal/organizational skills; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree or higher education in Human Resources or a related field.
• Previous experience as an HR Manager or HRBP in Belgium is essential.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; French would be a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

A leading Luxury company is looking for a Regional HRBP based in Brussels, Belgium.

Reporting to the Regional HRD, he/she will be responsible for managing all HR matters across the Benelux markets, and ensuring the effective implementation of the HR strategy at regional and local level.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement the HR strategy locally, in line with Global HQ guidelines
• Oversee HR activities across the region, including Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, HR Administration, CSR, and Health & Safety
• Provide HR support and guidance to management across the Benelux markets
• Manage and develop a Junior HR professional

Desired profile:

• University degree or higher education in Human Resources or a related field
• Previous experience as an HR Manager or HRBP in Belgium is essential
• Previous experience in employee relations and/or working with trade unions
• International experience would be a strong advantage
• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; French would be a plus
• Previous experience in the Luxury or Retail industry would be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

Contract: Permanent, full-time
