Job summary

Beko Europe in Belgium seeks a Senior HR Business Partner Benelux to shape and execute People Excellence Strategy across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. You will partner with senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, employee engagement, and change initiatives.

This role combines strategic business partnering with hands-on HR leadership to support business success and transformation in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with HR business partnering in a complex international organization.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian and Dutch employment law and HR practices.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions.
• Experience in talent management, organizational development, and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding processes.
• Providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employment law, employee relations, and people management topics.
• Driving talent development initiatives, succession planning, performance management, and employee growth programs.
• Acting as a strategic advisor to leadership teams on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
• Supporting HR reporting and workforce analytics by monitoring key HR metrics and translating insights into business actions.
• Leading and contributing to local, regional, and international HR projects, including organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with labor legislation, company policies, and HR best practices while fostering positive employee relations.
• Taking a hands‑on approach to local HR operations, including steering payroll activities and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and compliant payroll delivery.
